About

Andy was built to run a real company.

Not as a demo, not as a side project. Andy exists because one operator needed an operator, built it, and then people started asking for their own.

The origin

It started as a selfish build.

Andy Labs was founded by Alon Birshtein, who also runs Care& Family Health, a multi-entity healthcare business in Toronto. Real clinics, real staff, real patients, real payroll, and the usual mess underneath: an inbox that never emptied, books in one system, analytics in another, a website nobody had time to touch, and a stack of agencies each billing for one slice of the work.

Hiring an operations manager was the obvious answer, and it cost more than the problem was worth. So he built the thing he actually wanted instead. One operator with real access to every system, a memory of how the business worked, and a hard rule that nothing goes out the door without a person saying go. That is Andy.

It went into production in 2025 and has run that business every working day since. The finance reporting, the marketing analytics, the inbox, the website, the standing jobs that fire before anyone is awake. Roughly $19K a month of agency and tool spend came off the books, line by line. You can read the whole ledger on the proof page.

Then other owners saw it working and asked the obvious question. Andy Labs exists to answer it. We build you your own Andy, on your own machine, wired into your systems, for $5,000 and $1,000 a month. The reason it works on day one is that it has already been earning its keep somewhere real for a long time.

Who you are dealing with

A person, a company, and a contract.

You are handing an operator the keys to your business. You should know exactly who is on the other end of that.

Founder

Alon Birshtein

Founder of Andy Labs and CEO of Care& Family Health, the multi-entity healthcare business Andy was built to operate. He is the first person you meet on a demo call, and he still runs his own company on the same product he is selling you.

Entity

Andy Labs LLC

A registered Wyoming company. You contract with a real legal entity, billed properly, with terms in writing. Not a handshake and a payment link.

Paperwork

MSA v2.0 and DPA v2.0

A Master Services Agreement covering the commercial terms and a Data Processing Addendum covering how your data is handled, where it lives and what happens to it when the relationship ends. You get both in full before you commit a dollar. The security page covers the architecture underneath them.

How Andy behaves

Built to be useful, not agreeable.

Most AI products are tuned to make you feel good about your last message. Andy was written by someone who needed the opposite: an operator that flags the problem before it becomes expensive, says when a plan is weak, and then goes and fixes it.

That is a product decision, and it survives into your build. Your Andy will tell you the number is worse than you thought. It will not quietly guess when it should ask. It will never send anything in your name that you have not personally approved. See what that looks like in practice.
