1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request a demo or contact us, you give us your name, work email address, company name, and the description of the work you would like to hand off. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs to keep the site secure and reliable. This website does not run advertising or analytics tracking, it does not send your browsing activity to any third party, and it does not set marketing or third-party cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, arrange and run a demo, answer your questions, and follow up with you about Andy Labs. We use server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We keep the information from your demo request for as long as we need it to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry and to maintain our business records, and in most cases no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and we restrict access to the systems that receive your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in Canada, we handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information to respond to your request and to pursue our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business.
